
We are an adult only establishment, non-smoking and with no pets.
Reservations require a fifty dollar non-refundable depositat the time of the reservation. The remainder of the bill is payable upon check-out and rates are quoted in Canadian dollars.
All cancellations and changes require seven days notice prior to the arrival date. If a cancellation is made with less than seven days notice a fee
equivalent to one nights stay will be charged. This includes but is not
limited to personal or family illnesses, emergencies, deaths or accidents,
and includes failure to secure border crossings or transportation and any
other circumstances beyond the control of Kilpatrick Manor. By legal
definition a change of dates is considered to be a cancellation of those
dates and thus must be completely requested and rebooked no later than seven
days prior to arrival to avoid the cancellation fee. Please record your
cancellation number. While all additions to your package are welcome, any
other changes to the original reservation will be charged a $10.00
processing fee.
